Associated regional forwarders can receive requests for quotations from international and European clients via European Distribution Center.

Quotations

Forwarders may send quotations according to received requests.

Rates

All rates for offered freight-services are subjects to a final approval and confirmation.

Orders

Clients can place the order to forwarders, based on received quotation.

Contracts

Contracts can be signed upon approval by both parties.

Shipments

Forwarders provide logistic- services based on signed agreements.

Responsibilities

Forwarders are liable to ensure that their services comply with agreed upon requirements, conditions and legislations.

European Distribution Center cannot be held responsible for any errors of regional forwarders.

Indemnification

Parties shall indemnify, defend and hold European Distribution Center harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fee and expenses related thereto (including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fee) incurred by an indemnified party in connection with any claims arising out of based upon or resulting from any misunderstandings or breach of our terms and conditions.
